Keri was my agent. After calling around to a few other agents, I realized that Mobile Home Connection had the most knowledge about the process, difficulties, things to avoid, etc., than anyone. This gave me confidence as it was my first time buying a mobile home.
Right away I had a great connection with Keri and felt that she was listening to my needs in terms of what I could afford and the type of home I wanted to have. As soon as she found each home to look at, she would call me right away and give me her opinion on why she felt that this was a good deal/home for me. And as it turns out, she was right! Though my home is older, it is affordable, it has a great vibe and it has low rent, which is what I needed. I really love my new home. :)
One more thing that I might add, they had inspectors, loan officers, etc. that helped the process go so quickly that my friends were amazed when I got the keys so fast!
