I have rarely left reviews or opinions on websites or places of business, but Mobile Home Connection deserves to know that it is important enough for me to take the time to do so. When I put our townhome on the market, I knew I wanted to go into a mobile/manufactured home in a nice, peaceful park that would allow me to enjoy life during my pre-retirement years and hopefully be able to lower my monthly payments and save some money towards my dreamy retirement.
As I was looking at different mobile homes, I found a couple of listings that looked interesting on the Mobile Home Connection website. My listing agent promptly put me in touch with Joyce Parcels, one of their agents, and the roller coaster ride began. Joyce called me and set up the appointments to look at the homes. Upon first meeting her, she was so friendly, upbeat and outgoing and listened to my situation and what I was looking for. After looking at two homes, she looked at me and said, “I get the feeling these are not exactly what you want, but there is a new one that just came on the market that sounds like it might be a good fit. I can check to see if we can look at it right away if you have time.” She called the owner, we proceeded to look at it, and I fell in love, it was perfect and in a great location for me! Any person who can listen to you, watch your reactions and know what is in your heart and mind, is a rare find, that’s Joyce Parcels.
The property was actually listed by another agent at MHC, Ann Wright. This is another amazing lady to work with. They then worked together to bring it all to full fruition. Only Joyce, Ann, the seller and myself really know what was all involved with this sale. While having two escrows going at the same time (selling the townhome and buying the mobile home,) our townhome fell out of escrow twice during the whole process. It was extremely stressful and difficult for all involved. I truly thought I would lose the mobile home that I wanted so much. However, Joyce and Ann continued to work with me, the owner of the mobile home, and all the other people and escrow companies involved to keep us all informed during this ongoing process to ensure us that it would all work out for the best. They handled the negotiations between me and the seller with true finesse. They literally walked us through every speed bump never leaving us wondering what was going on. They were always on top of their game, checking in, answering questions, and having everything ready on their end to be sure they did everything possible to make this transaction happen.
Joyce Parcels is someone I would love to do business with again with that bright, energetic personality treating you like a valued friend at all times. Ann showed up at our door on the first moving day with a welcoming smile, homemade muffins and coffee, and offered to help carry things in! That goes above and beyond the call of duty. There is also the owner, Rosemary, who walked me through the escrow papers to be sure all was in order and was so helpful in answering any questions I had.
Everybody in their office is just amazing, kind and professional. I am so grateful and will refer everyone I know to their office for their mobile home buying and selling needs.
To sum it up, I couldn’t have asked for a better dynamic duo than Joyce and Ann. They are experienced, professional, and offer a wealth of knowledge on buying and selling mobile homes. They went out of their way to help me and I am now in my own home, with an awesome view, and LOVING EVERY MINUTE OF IT!!! Thank you for everything Mobile Home Connection.
