Hugo helped my father in his search to find a mobile home that at the time was hard to check all the boxes. We were looking for a place when the market was high, but still trying to find a more affordable mobile home in a more affordable mobile home park. Needless to say, those are two tough finds in San Diego County, however, Hugo was able to make it happen. Now, buying a home or a mobile home is not the easiest process. There is a ton of paperwork, lots of searching, negotiations and all kinds of things that need to be figured out. Thankfully Hugo has the patience of a saint because he really took the time to explain everything to my father and even did some things the old fashioned way because my father isn’t the best with technology.
I very much appreciate everything Hugo did for us because he really did help a ton. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for an agent to buy a mobile home.
