Mike Barbusca was absolutely heaven sent! His extensive knowledge, experience, enthusiasm for pairing the right person with the right home, and his engaging personality put me right at ease. He made the entire process so much easier than it would have been otherwise. I never felt that my unending questions were a burden – I could call or text him at any time and he would get right back to me. I had never even set foot in a mobile home before contacting Mike, so didn’t know what to expect, but since Mike lives in one himself, he has a real-life understanding about what makes them different from brick and mortar homes, and that was vital to my decision to purchase my home. Putting myself in Mike’s hands was the best decision I made, and I look forward to many wonderful and happy years in my new “forever home”, thanks to him! I cannot conclude this without also giving kudos to Laura Barbusca, who had the paperwork all set and ready to go when it came time to close escrow. Mike and Laura are a fabulous team!!
